Sands Villas is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean in Atlantic Beach, NC. Sands Villas has great views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Bogue Sound. Because Sands Villas faces south, you can enjoy fabulous sunrises and sunsets.

The grounds are planted with a variety of palms, oleanders, hollies, Indian hawthorn and pampas grass. We have a very large dune line that gives a great amount of protection.

There are 90 two bedroom condominiums at Sands Villas. 65 are ocean front and 25 are ocean view. They are approximately 1075 square foot and each has a balcony. Each has a full kitchen and 2 full baths. Out of those 90 condominiums, 12 of them are dedicated to timeshare.

The amenities abound at Sands Villas. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna, basketball court, tennis courts, boat parking, three elevators, a play ground set and a handicap accessible walkway to the beach.

There are plenty of golf courses and fabulous restaurants within minutes of Sands Villas. Charter boats are available for inshore and off shore fishing or you can bring your own boat because water access is close by.

Morehead City Waterfront is just minutes away, where you will find restaurants and shopping. You can also cross the Morehead/Beaufort high rise and go to the Beaufort Waterfront for dining, shopping and visit the Maritime Museum. You can visit Harkers Island and visit the Decoy Waterfowl Museum or take a ferry to see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, which is now open for visitors to climb or take a ferry to Shackleford Banks and see the wild banker ponies.
